Even though some of the employees have continued their duties, the offices are not receiving any applications at the current time.
According to the officials, the offices will be fully operational at the beginning of October 2011, and they also confirmed that any deadlines falling between the commencements of the revolution until now will be extended for a further two months from the date of resuming operations.
